Refunds and Exchanges

We are committed to provide our customers with an exceptional experience in Customer Service, Product Quality & Efficiency.

 

We have a friendly team of Pro-Artists on hand to help you with any of your make-up needs, so if you are unsure about a product and/or colour please call us, visit one of our stores or pop into your local stockist for assistance. A list of our stockist and store locations can be found online.

 

Kryolan Australia allows for returns and exchanges if you've changed your mind about a product, provided the product is:

-          Still in its original purchase condition, with the product being unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner with packaging unopened; and

-          Returned / exchanged as a whole set, if the product was purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack

All returns and exchanges due to change of mind are subject to a 14-day return and exchange period from the original date of purchase. Return shipping costs due to change of mind is at the customer's expense.

Please note that this return policy does not apply to items that have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

 

Please note that a return or exchange can also be processed if:

-          The product is damaged or faulty;

-          Is deemed to be unsafe;

-          The product description is significantly different from the sample of description provided

If you have purchased tools or equipment, Kryolan may endeavour to repair the issue within a reasonable amount of time. If we are unable to repair, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement.

Kryolan supplies to a variety of Make-up Schools, Salons and Third Party Suppliers therefore if you purchase a Kryolan product from another retailer please contact them directly to discuss your refund or exchange.

A return or exchange may take up to 10 working days to be processed.
